Tru Glō Medspa’s COVID-19 Guidelines
Our Waiting Room is Now Open!
Clients no longer need to call before entering for appointments. However, CDC guidelines require that all clients, even those fully vaccinated, must wear a mask when entering a medical setting.
Going forward, Tru Glo Medspa has made a serious commitment to effective sanitization practices that protect our clients and staff. For Tru Glo to comply with CDC guidelines, the normal spa-service routine may seem different, but we are doing everything we can to make sure our safety practices won’t interfere with the amazing spa experience our clients have come to expect. Please review our guidelines below:
-
- All clients will be screened during the scheduling process and again upon entry. This will include a temperature test.
-
- If you have had a fever, cough, positive COVID-19 test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19, or have been on a cruise or have had foreign travel within the past 14 days please let us know. CLICK HERE for a COVID-19 symptom guide.
-
- In addition to standard forms, all clients will sign a COVID-19 risk informed consent upon arrival.
-
- All clients, even those fully vaccinated, are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entry and during the appointment as appropriate.
-
- Our staff will be wearing masks and PPE appropriate to the situation.
-
- Please avoid cash payments if possible. We will have a credit card machine available to swipe your card to minimize handling.
-
- Appointments will be scheduled to avoid having several clients in the office at once. We also need more time between clients for proper sanitizing.
- The coffee and beverage station is not available.
